A swing or pivot door opens outward on a hinge and gives you the widest clear opening, which is easier when you are stepping over a tub wall, but it needs floor in front of it to open into. Sliding or swing for a small bathroom?
Sliding panels are the usual answer when floor space is tight, because nothing swings out into the room. A swing door gives you a wider clear opening for stepping over the tub wall, but it needs space in front of it to open into. Will glass make a small bathroom feel closed in?

How do I keep tub glass clear?
Wipe or squeegee the panel after you shower and most of it takes care of itself, because the water here leaves minerals behind as it dries. Let that go long enough and the scale etches into the surface, and at that point no cleaner reaches it. Ask about easy-clean glass at the measure. It gives the surface less to hold onto and makes the wipe down quicker.
